ASEE 2026 opened with a grand ceremony attended by senior officials from ASEAN government bodies, international energy organizations, and leading enterprises. Their congratulatory remarks underscored the expo’s role in advancing regional cooperation, innovation, and sustainable energy development, setting a strong tone for the event.
Over the three days of ASEE 2026, the exhibition halls were bustling with visitors, showcasing advanced battery storage, integrated solar-storage solutions, energy management systems, biomass equipment, and wind vortex turbines, highlighting the expo as a hub for cutting-edge energy technologies.
Throughout the exhibition hall, visitor traffic remained robust. Leading brands—including BGRIMM, Jinko, Growatt, Deye, LONGi, GoodWe, Maneepower, and QTCESS—showcased advanced solutions in energy storage, batteries, solar PV, and energy management, continuously drawing strong professional interest. Additional exhibitors such as Rooftop Solar, VT Solar, Sungrow, EcoFlow, Engiga, SY Connext, AMR Asia, Fecility, Neo Solar, Sharp, Heliotech, B2H Solar, TAIQIANG, Ubetter, Daly, Lansine, Zonergy, and Lvtopsun further enriched the diversity of technologies and innovations featured at the show.
Maneepower stood out as a bustling hub of multilingual business discussions, while LONGi’s on-site technical sharing session attracted large audiences. Thai brand QTCESS also gained significant attention following its new product launch at the summit.
The strong turnout and highly positive exhibitor feedback reaffirmed both the expo’s industry influence and the continued momentum of the ASEAN energy market.
The VIP Buyer Matchmaking Zone delivered notable results, attracting professional buyers from Malaysia, India, the Philippines, Vietnam, and beyond. Over three days, more than 100 targeted B2B meetings were facilitated, with exhibitors reporting significantly improved match quality.
One highlight included a successful connection between an energy exhibitor and an Indian heater buyer seeking storage batteries as a backup power solution, demonstrating the zone’s effectiveness in creating real project opportunities. Other exhibitors also reported strong matchmaking results: Lansine received government procurement inquiries and is now following up with quotations; wind energy exhibitor Winergy connected with multiple buyers with genuine order demand; and a Spanish biomass exhibitor reported receiving new inquiries from a Korean client.
The ASEAN Smart Energy & Energy Storage Summit, held alongside ASEE 2026 over two days, featured 23 distinguished speakers from government agencies, international associations, and leading industry players, offering insights into energy storage, renewable energy, wind power, smart energy solutions, and regional energy policies shaping ASEAN and the global energy sector.
