A productive few days in Japan, meeting with industry associations and learning more about the energy sectors shaping the market.
During the visit, the ASEE 2027 team met with the Japan Photovoltaic Energy Association (JPEA) and the Japan Hydrogen Association (JH2A). The conversations covered industry developments, market priorities and the opportunities for closer connections between Japan and Southeast Asia.
These connections are an important part of ASEE's ongoing work with international associations. Each market has its own experience, priorities and areas of expertise, and direct conversations help us bring those perspectives into the wider ASEAN energy community.
We will keep the conversations going as we continue our international outreach and prepare for ASEE 2027 in Bangkok.
