Community Solar Power
• Up to 10 MW per community, co-managed by local authorities and state utilities
• Households gain preferential tariffs, saving 0.4–0.8 THB/kWh
• Expected to cut ~3 million tons CO₂/year and stimulate local investment
Solar Water Pumping for Agriculture
• Solar-driven irrigation and village water systems
• Covering 200 agricultural zones & 5,000 village water points
• Supporting ~700,000 households, reducing 200,000–300,000 tons CO₂/year
Home Rooftop Solar
• Tax incentives to lower installation costs
• Implementation guidelines forthcoming from the Revenue Department
Electricity Price Outlook
• Current avg: 3.94 THB/kWh
• 2026 rates expected stable or slightly lower
• Government commitment: clean energy benefits must reach the public

รัฐบาลเดินหน้าโครงการ พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ชุมชน และ ปั๊มน้ำพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ด้วยงบรวม 30,000 ล้านบาท ติดตั้งกำลังผลิตแบบกระจาย 1,500 MW ช่วยประชาชนกว่า 1.2 ล้านครัวเรือน
พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ชุมชน
• ไม่เกิน 10 MW ต่อชุมชน บริหารร่วมท้องถิ่นและรัฐวิสาหกิจ
• ค่าไฟ ลดลง 0.4–0.8 บาท/หน่วย
• ลดการปล่อย ~3 ล้านตัน CO₂/ปี พร้อมกระตุ้นการลงทุนในประเทศ
ปั๊มน้ำพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ภาคเกษตร
• ระบบชลประทานและน้ำชุมชนใช้พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์
• ครอบคลุม 200 พื้นที่เกษตร และ 5,000 จุดน้ำชุมชน

• มี มาตรการลดหย่อนภาษี ช่วยลดต้นทุน
