A new ABB report (2025 Asia Pacific Energy Transition Readiness Index) highlights Thailand as an emerging leader in the region’s energy transition.
Key Findings:
1\ 80% of energy leaders in Thailand report their organizations are actively advancing energy transition plans, showing strong confidence in national strategies.
2\ 77% expect renewable energy use to rise above 20% within five years, aligned with Thailand’s carbon neutrality and net-zero targets.
3\ Over 74% of organizations allocate more than 10% of CAPEX toward energy transition projects.
4\ AI & automation are recognized by 69% of respondents as crucial enablers, supported by Thailand’s national digital policy and AI strategy.
ABB emphasized that Thailand’s growing renewable adoption, increasing investments, and innovative use of technology are positioning it to lead the energy transition across Asia-Pacific.
As the nation accelerates its clean energy roadmap, cross-sector collaboration and strategic investments will be key to unlocking its full potential.

ประเด็นสำคัญ:
1\ 80% ของผู้นำด้านพลังงานในประเทศไทยรายงานว่าองค์กรของตนกำลังเดินหน้าตามแผนการเปลี่ยนผ่านพลังงานอย่างแข็งขัน แสดงถึงความเชื่อมั่นที่สูงต่อยุทธศาสตร์ของชาติ
2\ 77% คาดว่าการใช้พลังงานหมุนเวียนจะเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่า 20% ภายใน 5 ปี สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนและ Net Zero ของประเทศ
