Megabangna, a major shopping mall near Bangkok, partnered with WHA Utilities and Power PLC to install a hashtag#SolarRooftop system covering 62,000 square meters with a capacity of 9.9 megawatts.
This project, with a 1 billion baht investment, spans 13 buildings and provides approximately 9.9 megawatts of solar energy. The solar power generated supports the shopping center's lighting, air conditioning, restaurants, cinemas, and other facilities. Over the next 25 years, the system is expected to result in significant electricity cost savings.
